THE ANGEL'S BECKONING CALL A beautiful angel-an angel in white-Surrounded by a radiant light With tears in her
eyes-I heard her beckoning call "Take my hand"-as she led me down a great hall When we reached the end-She
released my hand From there I could see all of the lands The poverty, the defeat-People with no homes-Living out on
the street With fear filled in their eyes-Not many to care of to listen to their cries The suffering, the pain-Crimes
committed with no shame So much abuse, all done in vain. Love thy neighbor, the Bible states-Yet so many are
filled with hate You have the chance in this life-Change your wrongs make them right As she faded from my sight
Her voice grew faint-"No one knows the time nor date Keep the faith for the pure at heart-Holds the key
to heaven's gate."

THE OLD RUGGED CROSS ? cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.??latians 6:14 Courtesy of Old Rugged
Cross Historical Museum Words & Music: George Bennard, 1913 The Old Rugged Cross was written
in Albion, Michigan. Or Pokagon, Michigan. Or Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. All three towns claim to be the birthplace of this
hymn. On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, The emblem of suffering and shame; And I love
that old cross where the dearest and best For a world of lost sinners was slain. Refrain So I?cherish
the old rugged cross, Till my trophies at last I lay down; I will cling to the old rugged cross, And exchange
it some day for a crown. O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world, Has a wondrous attraction for
me; For the dear Lamb of God left His glory above To bear it to dark Calvary. Refrain In that
old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine, A wondrous beauty I see, For ?s on that old cross Jesus suffered
and died, To pardon and sanctify me. Refrain To the old rugged cross I will ever be true; Its
shame and reproach gladly bear; Then He?call me some day to my home far away, Where His glory forever I?share.

SITTING AT THE FEET OF JESUS ? had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus?et, and heard His word.??ke
10:39 Words: J. H., 19th Century. Music: ? for Jesus (Hull),??a Hull, 19th Century
Alternate tune: ?liff,??om The Crucifixion, by John Stainer, 1887 Sitting at the feet of Jesus, Oh,
what words I hear Him say! Happy place! so near, so precious! May it find me there each day. Sitting at the
feet of Jesus, I would look upon the past; For His love has been so gracious, It has won my heart at last.
Sitting at the feet of Jesus, Where can mortal be more blest? There I lay my sins and sorrows And,
when weary, find sweet rest. Sitting at the feet of Jesus, There I love to weep and pray, While I from His
fullness gather Grace and comfort every day. Bless me, O my Savior, bless me, As I sit low at Thy feet.
Oh, look down in love upon me; Let me see Thy face so sweet. Give me, Lord, the mind of Jesus; Make me
holy as He is. May I prove I?been with Jesus, Who is all my righteousness.
